Consultant Programme Director

I have over 15 years’ experience as a Programme Director leading and delivering major transformational change programmes up to £260M in value, with a track record of delivery from concept to completion via Agile, Waterfall and mixed methodologies. I have successfully delivered a variety of programme types including complex IT implementations and major infrastructure deployments impacting millions of customers and requiring extensive customer support and communications workstreams.

I have delivered programmes requiring strong supplier management, commercial and contract experience, procuring and managing suppliers from tier ones, mid sized, and small specialist technology suppliers. All have required excellent Stakeholder management, and the ability to build strong relationships and highly collaborative teams.

Outside of work my lifelong passion is photography*, which not only meant I had my own supply of images for this website, but it inspired the naming of my consulting business.

In photography the aperture controls what you choose to bring into focus, what you concentrate on, and what is important in the results you are trying to achieve. That same focus is also critical when delivering project and programmes, and it's what I do when consulting with organisations large and small, to achieve the best result.
